Parallel Ready Stance

1. Move the right foot to D, forming a right walking stance (full facing) toward D while executing a middle punch to D with the right fist.  [Kihap]

2. Move the right foot to A, forming a left walking stance (half facing) toward B while executing a low block to B with the left forearm.

3. Move the right foot to B, forming a right walking stance (full facing) toward B while executing a middle punch to B with the right fist.

4. Move the right foot to D, forming a left walking stance (half facing) toward C while executing a low block to C with the left forearm.

5. Move the right foot to C, forming a right walking stance (full facing) toward C while executing a middle punch to C with the right fist.

6. Move the right foot to B, forming a left walking stance (half facing) toward A while executing a low block to A with the left forearm.

7. Move the right foot to A, forming a right walking stance (full facing) toward A while executing a middle punch to A with the right fist.

END - Bring the right foot back to a parallel ready stance facing D.

8. Move the left foot to D, forming a left walking stance (full facing) toward D while executing a middle punch to D with the left fist. [Kihap]

3. Move chair forward toward B and execute a middle punch with the right fist to B.
4. Move chair back to center and turn toward C executing a low block with the left outer forearm.
5. Move chair forward toward C and execute a middle punch with the right fist to C.
6. Move chair back to center md turn toward A executing a low block with the left outer forearm.
7. Move chair forward toward A and execute a middle punch with the rids act to A. Return to Center (Ready Stance).
8. Move chair forward toward D executing a middle punch with the left fist to D. [Kihap]
9. Move chair back to center and turn toward A executing a low block with the right outer forearm.
